To ensure the safety of all students, any changes to your child’s transportation must be communicated directly to the front office by 2:00 PM. You may either:

• Send a written note to the front office, or
• Call us at 832-223-4700

Please do not email teachers with transportation changes, as they are focused on instruction during the school day and may not see your message in time.

For your convenience, a printable form is available below for submitting transportation changes. Handwritten notes are also accepted.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP

To ensure every parent has a chance to visit when they desire, we kindly ask that lunch visits be limited to once per month. This also gives your child the opportunity to develop social skills by interacting with classmates during lunch.

Please note: Lunch visitors will not be permitted on Innovative Day. This allows us to maintain the integrity of the day's unique schedule and activities.

Walk-in visitors will be welcome if space is available in the sign-up.

When signing up, please select the total quantity in your group, including your student. For example, if mom and dad are visiting, select 3 to include the student and both visitors.

Due to space limitations, a maximum of 12 people per grade level lunch is allowed.
Please limit to 2 visitors per student.

Reminders:

1. On the day reserved, arrive 5 minutes early and bring your driver's license or state-issued ID.
2. You will only be allowed to eat with your student.
3. Lunch visitors may ONLY be in the main hallway and café parent room during your student's lunch period. No visitors are allowed in classrooms or on the playground.
