Join the CTE Department at one of two identical Course Carnival Nights—choose the date and location that works best for you—and explore all of your high school elective options, including: Career & Technical Education, Fine Arts, Dual Credit, Advanced Academics, and Multilingual Education. Night One: Foster High School (4400 FM 723, Richmond, TX 77406), Time: 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
